Terms and Conditions of Membership

Between them, our Rules, Policies, and Manual form the Terms and Conditions for membership and use of the Hackspace. Our policies set out BOTLab's governing principles and the processes and conventions we use to manage the space, while the Hackspace Manual describes our expectations of member behaviour and other helpful information.

Please read them all carefully; by continuing the activities of a member (such as paying a membership fee, interacting with the members' forum, or using the Hackspace facilities) you agree to be bound by them.

BOTLab is currently applying to transition to charity status, however these documents relate to the current CIC model. Policies coming into force upon registration as a CIO can be seen under the Policies/Drafts section of this wiki.

These terms and conditions may be modified or updated from time to time. Notification of changes will be given to members no less than two weeks prior to such changes taking effect.
