Before bringing a vehicle onto Hackspace's forecourt area, you MUST:

1. Register it with us using the membership portal.
2. Accept our Parking Agreement.

The Hackspace has access to HALF of the building's forecourt.

Some of our forecourt area is intended for parking (in green above).

Some of our forecourt area is only for loading/unloading, or for working outdoors (in yellow above). Please don't park in this area. If you intend to use it for a long period please let others know using the 'Loading Bay Usage' chat on the forum.

You can use the forecourt area to do some kinds of work to a vehicle, such as electrical work or campervan conversions, but you strictly MUST NOT:

• Weld to a motor vehicle.
• Undertake any work involving motor oils (for example servicing your vehicle).
• Undertake any work that could leave your vehicle disabled on the forecourt for longer than your current visit.

You can bring your campervan onto the forecourt, either for parking, or because you're working on it, but you absolutely must not sleep in your vehicle on the forecourt, or use it domestically.

If you park on the forecourt, you must take the vehicle with you when you leave Hackspace, even if you're only popping away briefly. You MUST NOT leave a vehicle on the forecourt while you're not physically on the premises yourself.

Please don't charge your electric vehicle (or personal mobility device) using Hackspace's electric supply. This is not a service we offer.

There are some places nearby where Hackspace members must not park vehicles:

• On our neighbour's forecourt (Unit A - left of the orange bollards)
• On the forecourt of South West Joinery (Opposite the Hackspace)
• On the double-yellows in front of the wheely bin (parking here stops the bin being emptied)

The area in front of our roller shutter is reserved for loading or for working on a vehicle, as well as keeping access to the shutter clear. The rest of the building forecourt is let to other tenants of Meridian Studios. Please do not park your vehicle anywhere on the forecourt.
