A discussion of the proposal(s) put forward for the new upstairs rooms, and then a vote or votes to decide between them.

I’d like to add a talk about the future Hackspace infrastructure plans to the agenda. It won’t be a technical presentation but instead it would focus on how the end user experience would change going forward. It would tie into the results from the survey too.

I’d like to add the next Open Day to the agenda, taking place on the 1st of February, we’ll need some volunteers for the day! (Also feel free to reach out beforehand if you’d like more information).

Can we discuss the metalshop expansion? There are a few top-level decisions we need to make concerning the intended usage e.g. whether to include a spray booth, whether to move and/or split the hotworks area, and the sorts of machines we should plan to acquire.
