The Committee are a group of elected volunteers who look after the day-to-day running of the Hackspace. They form part of our governance structure.

Their responsibilities include:

• Repairing or replacing equipment.
• Replenishing consumables.
• Managing the membership list, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Managing Risks and Hazzards.
• Moderating the forum.
• Managing our digital systems.
• Organising social events.
• Periodic fire alarm testing.
• Handling minor grievances.

Each quarter, the committee is allocated a budget by the Directors for this purpose.

Committee members are elected at General Meetings.
