Sublimation Printer - Sawgrass SG400
Instructions
Basic Guidelines
- Login to the Hackspace computer.
- Make sure the Sawgrass SG400 printer is turned on and connected to the pc.
- Open the image up you want to print (you can transfer the image you want using a USB).
- Select print.
- Change the printer to Sublimation Printer.
- Select print.
- This will then open Virtuoso Print Manager.
- Make sure 'Mirror' is ticked under the 'Material' tab.
- Put a piece of sublimation paper in the printer. NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE PAPER IN THE PRINTER WITH THE PLASTIC/SHINY SIDE FACING DOWN.
- Select print.
Use the Heat Press - HP3804 to sublimate on to a t-shirt, or the Mug Heat Press - Bosstop MP150 to print to a sublimation mu.
Additional Information
One brand of sublimation paper used is Advantia Laser Printer Films (A4) paper.
