Bristol Open Technology Lab C.I.C general meeting

Location: Bristol Hackspace, with online option.
We will shortly be taking on a larger part of the building's forecourt and introducing parking for Hackspace members for the first time.
This will require a change to the Membership Agreement, and also the introduction of a Parking Agreement, which all Hackspace members will need to agree to when registering their vehicle with us, and which will define how the forecourt can be used.
At our landlord's request, are also proposing to slightly change the membership agreement to specify some other nearby locations where he specifically wishes Hackspace members to stop leaving their cars, as they are causing a nuisance.
