In order to maintain some continuity, only the longest standing members will be stepping down for re-election. This is:
  * Finance: Nick G
  * Safety: Matt G
  * Membership: Fraser H

We will also be requesting that new applicants write a short piece about themselves and what they can contribute so that members know who they are voting for at the meeting.


=== Selling/donating legacy equipment ===

As part of our move upstairs we will be upgrading some equipment and thinning out others. We would like to discuss the approach to take with this.

Had to defer by a week due to not being quorate. 11 attendees + 5 proxies

Main outcomes:
  * Unanimous vote for Sam P to lead the auctioning process for the museum shelf equipment
  * Kit P to help Nick with finances
